To complete your registration or subscriptions, you must read, understand, and agree to our Membership Rules, and the Terms & Conditions.

for Software, Virtual, and Service Products

By placing a purchase order(s), you understand and agree to the Stephen Gose LLC Store’s Terms & Conditions :

1. Due to the nature of purchasing software source code, All sales are final. There are no refunds since neither you nor I can legally prove you have deleted all the purchased source code from all computer(s) or repositories of which you own or are associated. In other words, you do not have possession of the software code. For Example, if you were to return a published book for a refund at your local bookstore, you would no longer possess that book. We hold a similar view concerning software source code.
2. Membership is a License to access PBMCube Gaming Network's privileges, features and services. This license could be revoked based on a member’s misconduct. (See FAQ section "Warnings & Misuse".)
3. To receive software consulting and technical support, you are not allowed to make any changes to access sessions, source code, or text-based cookies.
4. You will not re-sell or act as a broker for PBMCube Membership Licenses until you are a registered Affiliate.
5. Stephen Gose LLC and its subsidiaries will not offer customer support for third-party products purchased elsewhere or on any Stephen-Gose.com website(s) without an approved project contract.
6. You understand that if you abuse this Licensing system, Stephen Gose LLC and subsidiaries reserve the right to revoke all of your license(s) without refund(s) and terminate support.

for Membership

You agree to the following guidelines of conduct when joining the PBMCube Gaming Network — a subsidiary of Stephen Gose LLC :

1. Membership access is a License and granted into selected areas based on your age, participation, and account privileges. Anyone under 18 years of age is confined into "safe zone activities".
2. Members are permitted only one membership gaming account — as either: a "Registered Guest", an annual subscription, or Life-Time Patron Member. (See FAQ for membership definitions.)
3. You will keep Game Review topics relevant and not use them to advertise any third-party product(s).
4. You are responsible for all content submitted through your account. Therefore, keeping your account safe by using a strong password and not sharing it with anyone is assumed. If you believe your account was compromised, contact us by email — support [at] pbmcube.com — immediately.
5. You agree to be nice. Harassment — of any kind! — is not tolerated. We report “cyber-bullying” to our local US law enforcement agencies.
6. Non-verified accounts, that are inactive for 30 days, will be automatically demoted to an “Undead status". A $2.00 Reinstatement fee will apply.

for Affiliate

By joining Stephen Gose LLC Affiliates’ Network, you agree to the following rules:

1. Affiliates access is a License and granted to selected areas based on a minimum age of 18 and the Affiliate Role.
2. Affiliates are permitted additional Publisher and/or Developer Account(s) based on assigned role(s). (See FAQ for further definitions.)
3. You will keep Game Review topics relevant to your products and not use your privileges to defame other third-party product(s).
4. You are responsible for all content submitted through your account.
5. You are responsible for keeping your account safe by using a strong password and not sharing it with anyone.
6. You agree to be nice. Harassment — of any kind! — is not tolerated. We report “cyber-bullying” to our local US law enforcement agencies.
7. Non-verified Affiliate Accounts, that are inactive for 30 days, will be automatically demoted to “Inactive” affiliate status. A $2.00 Reinstatement fee will apply.
8. Expired Game Subscription Licenses will revert that individual game license to the demonstration mode globally (worldwide).
